# Install Apps on Vizio Smart TV: SmartCast App Store Guide

Browse and install streaming apps from the SmartCast App Store directly on your Vizio TV.

## Install an app

    Press **Home** or **V** on your remote.

  <Step title="Go to Apps">
    Scroll to the **Apps** row and select **All Apps** or **App Store**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find your app">
    Browse categories (Movies & TV, Music, Sports, Free) or search by name.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Install">
    Select the app and choose **Add App** or **Install**. Wait for the download to finish.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in">
    Launch the app and sign in with your account.
  </Step>

## Manage apps

* **Rearrange:** Highlight an app, hold **OK**, select **Move**.
* **Uninstall:** Highlight, hold **OK**, select **Delete App**.
* **Hide:** Same menu, choose **Hide App**.

## Keep apps updated

Apps update with firmware. Check via **Menu > System > Check for Updates**. For a stuck app, uninstall and reinstall.

## Troubleshooting

    Check Wi-Fi. Restart the router and TV. Retry the install.
